The raw option is actually a recipe I made for an international raw desserts chef book a lot of us around the world were invited to do for a charity cause. 🤍
The crust on both recipes is the same. I usually parbake the crust on the raw vegan filling, and I can leave it unbaked if you prefer in your order notes.

Due to the cost of organic ingredients, please keep this in mind for pricing. Prices are far below what food costing standards would calculate to, to keep these more affordable.
As a former Zingerman’s baker (long ago), I reference their pricing for comparison. No organic ingredients except for the wheat (which is refined and contains gluten), & they ask $75 for a large pie.
Zingerman’s ingredients: muscovado sugar, butter, toasted pecans, fresh eggs, corn syrup, organic wheat flour (organic wheat, malted barley), milk, sugar, Madagascar vanila extract, and sea salt.

Raw Vegan: Pecans, medjool dates, local maple syrup, pure birch syrup, Ceylon cinnamon, vanilla extract, nutmeg, salt.
Crust: Almond aand sprouted buckwheat flour, coconut flour, coconut oil, local maple syrup, tahini
Local Pastured: Pecans, medjool dates, local maple syrup, local pastured eggs, grassfed ghee, pure birch syrup, ceylon cinnamon, vanilla extract, nutmeg, salt.
Crust: Almond flour, buckwheat flour, coconut flour, coconut oil, local maple syrup, tahini

Please add the $6 pie dish for shipping. You get to keep the dish, and it keeps your pie protected in shipping. Keep stored in fridge or freeze upon arrival, and take out when ready to warm/eat.
