This cacao crust holds an unbelievably luscious and rich fridge-temp stable Dream cake, my nut free version of a cream cake with a base of cacao butter, coconut milk, local maple, tahini, and a fresh made gingerbread spice blend. Topped with raw honey & honeycomb from a pretty swell guy’s homestead up north. Seriously, you’ve never had honeycomb like this. It’s nature’s perfect candy.
Ingredients:
Cacao crust: raw heirloom cacao powder, raw sprouted & fresh ground buckwheat flour, local maple, coconut flour, coconut oil.
Honey Calendula Cream: Raw heirloom cacao butter, guar-free coconut milk, locally produced tahini, local maple syrup, homestead raw honey, extra virgin unrefined coconut oil, hot water extracted calendula petals, vanilla extract, pink salt.
Surprise Honey in Middle: Just thick, totally raw honey.
Chocolate Honey Ganache: Homestead raw honey, local maple syrup, cacao powder, coconut oil.
Honeycomb Raw Chocolate: Raw cacao butter, tahini, coconut milk powder, local maple syrup, ground turmeric, vanilla extract, pink salt.
