Purple Dendrobium Diamond Hearts

 

These beautiful two-toned hearts are a layered creation of purple and classic “white chocolate,” infused with a powdered 10:1 hot water extract of Dendrobium stem. The solvent is evaporated following extraction, leaving behind a fully water soluble and extra potent medicinal powder far stronger than what you could easily find available on the market.

They also have several little blue bachelors button flowers and freeze dried wild blueberries to add to the magical and mystical experience of these hearts. 

Dendrobium is the only known edible orchid. It’s flowers are vibrant purple and white, the inspiration for the purple colors used to represent it’s first featured treat on my menu. You can also purchase the tonic for preorder on my Cintamani page.

It is the primary herb in a classic formula known as the "Healer's Tea," along with goji, schisandra, and licorice. In Asia this Healer's Tea is used by many practitioners, and primarily by acupressurists before and after each session to clear and replenish their energy.

The purple chocolate is made with a base of organic raw heirloom cacao butter and local maple syrup (for those of you that claim white chocolate “isn’t a thing,” the fat of the cacao bean + a sweetener = white chocolate), with blue majik spirulina and beet powder for color (and many nutritive properties + minerals) added in.
